GENERAL OBJECTIVEImplement and oversee the implementation of IT solutions and/or services in customers, taking into consideration budget, scope of services, and Customer Satisfaction, according to the project plans designed and outlined by Project Managers.Key ResponsibilitiesEnsure technical implementation and business processes are aligned.Lead the design, implementation, quality assurance, and production rollout of IT projects (ITSM, IT Security, Services, and others).Provide complex technical advice, recommendations, and consultancy on networks, infrastructure, products, and services supplied.Ongoing quality assurance on execution and delivery of project tasks.Require resources from Service Support department for complex and/or sizeable project tasks, and monitor, follow-up, and perform quality assurance steps and techniques on such outsourced tasks until completion.Keep the technical project plan updated (tasks, milestones, time logs, comments, supporting files, followers) in Teamwork, to ensure project customer-facing project continuity.JOB PROFILESKILLS, TRAITS AND ABILITIES1. Experience in information security management and related functions such as IT Risk Management.Ability to align use cases with ITIL and ITSM concepts for platform implementations and customer advisory.Ability to align information security policies with business requirements.Flair for translating information security requirements into IT security controls and measures.Extreme attention to detail.Excellent communication skills – both written and oral.Project management skills and an ability to translate business requirements into technical IT security deliverables.Strategic, Trusting, Dutiful, Achievement, Striving, Competitive, Leader, Optimistic.Teamwork skills.Knowledge in CRM, ITSM, ITIL, GSuite, Office 365, ITSec.EDUCATION LEVELBachelor's degree in Information Technology and Information Security, or related field.EXPERIENCE5+ years of experience in similar positions.ENGLISH LEVELAdvanced.
