We're seeking a Bilingual Lead Generation Manager (Remote).People residing in Venezuela, Colombia, Argentina, Ecuador, Peru, or Nicaragua.Work Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9 am - 5 pm EST.Language: Fluent written and spoken English (C1/C2).Only resumes in English will be considered.Key QualitiesAction bias: You get things done, fast.Care: You take pleasure in helping others and doing things the right way.Outstanding: You have the highest standards and run things like a well-oiled machine.Dependable: If someone asks you to do something, they KNOW it will get done.Energy: You bring a positive, enthusiastic, can-do attitude to work every day.As a Lead Generation Manager at Valatam, you'll be responsible for developing and executing multi-channel lead generation strategies that attract, engage, and convert leads into pipeline opportunities.You'll have success here if you value clear processes and feel qualified to do the following:Own and manage all aspects of the lead generation process across multiple channels (cold email, cold calling, direct mail, etc.).Audit, optimize, and scale existing prospecting processes to maximize efficiency and conversions.Continuously analyze lead generation performance, utilizing data to drive improvements and identify new growth opportunities.Develop and manage comprehensive reporting systems to track and assess lead generation outcomes and make strategic adjustments.Lead, coach, and mentor a high-performing B2B lead generation team to ensure consistent quality and innovation in tactics.Ensure alignment between marketing and sales teams, optimizing lead handover processes to maximize sales pipeline efficiency.RequirementsC1/C2 English and Spanish writing and speaking skills.At least 3 years of proven experience and a successful track record in B2B lead generation.Strong understanding of data analysis and process optimization to drive performance.Proficiency in using systems and tools like Instantly, Smartlead, Google Sheets, Airtable, Apollo (or similar) and CRM systems for lead generation and data management.Experience managing and building high-performing teams.Experience working in a fast-paced, startup environment is a plus.BenefitsOur pay rate: $6/hr (double on months where your efforts generate 20+ monthly qualified discovery calls with leads).Ongoing pay rate increments once a year based on performance.Discretionary bonuses.5 Holidays as PTO.10 Self-care days.Gym/Wellness allowance.Medical stipend after 6 months of services provided.Unlimited online fitness classes with our online personal training partner.Invites to our annual Christmas parties and other in-person or online gatherings.Why ValatamWork-from-home, fully remote positions.Secure long-term work opportunities.Gain international experience working with US companies.Enhance your English proficiency in a multicultural work environment.Paid training opportunities and gain experience in a new industry.Work with a dynamic team dedicated to excellence and innovation.Experience a healthy work/life balance.Competitive pay in USD currency.
