This responsibility has driven us to deliver significant societal and economic benefits to not just the Kingdom, but also to a vast number of communities, economies, and countries that rely on the vital and reliable energy that we supply.We are one of the most profitable companies in the world, as well as amongst the top five global companies by market capitalization.OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Maintenance Cost Engineer to join our Maintenance Solutions Department (MSD) within our Global Manufacturing Excellence Organization.MSD is responsible for providing maintenance technical consultations, towards best-in-class maintenance organization through conducting selective maintenance assessments, turnaround assurances and deploying cutting-edge technologies and best practice across Global Manufacturing portfolio.Your primary role will be instrumental in establishing maintenance budgeting processes, cost monitoring guidelines, and conducting maintenance spend analysis studies to optimize costs while ensuring asset reliability and performance within our oil & gas operations.Key ResponsibilitiesAs the successful candidate you will be required to perform the following:Lead the development and implementation of comprehensive maintenance budgeting processesDevelop maintenance cost monitoring guidelines and proceduresEstablish and monitor KPIs for maintenance cost trackingLead the analysis of maintenance spending patterns and cost driversImplement cost optimization strategies across maintenance activitiesProvide strategic recommendations for optimizing maintenance costsLead comprehensive maintenance spend analysis studies across different cost streams (labor, materials, services, equipment)Develop and implement analysis methodologies for identifying cost optimization opportunitiesConduct detailed analysis of maintenance cost drivers and root causesCreate implementation roadmaps for cost optimization initiativesIdentify existing and needed digital tools and analytics to support the assessmentsMinimum RequirementsAs a successful candidate you will hold a:Bachelor's degree in Engineering.10+ years of experience in maintenance cost management within the oil & gas industryDemonstrated experience in developing and implementing maintenance budgeting processesStrong background in conducting maintenance spend analysis studiesProven track record in identifying and implementing cost optimization initiativesExperience with maintenance management systems and cost analysis toolsStrong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools such as Alteryx and Power BIKnowledge of industry standards and benchmarks for maintenance costsProficiency in Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) systems and advanced analytics platformsStrong communication skills with ability to present complex financial data to various stakeholdersDemonstrate strong analytical & problem-solving skillsWorking EnvironmentOur high-performing employees are drawn by the challenging and rewarding professional, technical and industrial opportunities we offer, and are remunerated accordingly.At Aramco, our people work on truly world-scale projects, supported by investment in capital and technology that is second to none.
