These attitudes and beliefs shall guide our actions and relationships.What we are looking forThe Norwegian Refugee Council (NRC) is seeking a highly qualified, resilient and dynamic Cluster Consortium Forum Manager for Venezuela. Through strategic planning, information analysis and sharing, the job holder will be responsible for implementing and coordinating the work of the INGO forum, in matters such as Advocacy, Access, Localisation and more. The role also entails representing the forum in country at regional and international levels providing INGO contributions to support and enhance coordination efforts.What you will doDevelop and implement the INGO forum's strategic direction and work plan.Strengthen strategic relationships with UN agencies, donors, embassies, INGOs, NNGOs and civil society organisations, and national and regional authorities.Prepare and manage budgets aligned with approved activities. Ensure timely reporting to Forum members and Steering Committee.Ensure the forum's adherence to agreed policies, terms of reference, guidelines and principles.Facilitate and coordinate meetings, ensuring actionable follow-ups.Represent forum positions in engagements with key stakeholders and donors.What you will bringMinimum five years of experience in similar roles in coordination, in Venezuela or within complex/volatile contexts.Proven expertise in advocacy and coordination.Spanish is the working language and fluency in English is also required (C1-C2).Proficiency in MS Office, SharePoint, and OneDrive.Experience in developing and implementing coordination strategies and plans.Expertise in preparing budgets for humanitarian donor activities.Experience in coordination; humanitarian coordination prior experience is required.Familiarity with key actors in the humanitarian response within the country.Proven ability to analyse information and draft advocacy messages.Experience in design and implementation of communication strategies is an added value.What we offerDuty station: Caracas, VenezuelaContract: national contract, 6 months (renewable)Travel: up to 15%Salary/benefits: grade 9 on NRC's salary scale, with accompanying terms and conditionsNRC is an equal opportunities employer.
