Based in Las Vegas, Nevada, we focus on multi-family and mixed-use buildings, ranging from small apartment complexes to large mid-rise structures.Our mission is to deliver efficient, permit-ready design plans while fostering strong client partnerships through collaboration, innovation, and technical excellence.Position OverviewThe Junior Designer will assist in the design of Electrical (power and lighting) systems and components under the supervision of a designer and/or engineer.This role involves drafting, performing calculations, preparing design packages, and collaborating with project teams to ensure high-quality deliverables.Location & Work ArrangementLas Vegas-based employees: Hybrid (in-office with remote flexibility after 90 days based on performance).Remote employees (outside Las Vegas): Fully remote.
