Job OverviewParsons is seeking a Civil Inspector (Roads & Utilities) in Al Quaa, Al Ain to ensure quality of road and utility projects.ResponsibilitiesOversee construction activities and enforce compliance with plans, standards, and specifications.Maintain detailed inspection records and prepare comprehensive reports.Collaborate with contractors, engineers, and stakeholders to resolve issues.Enforce safety regulations and quality control standards on site.Perform site visits and inspections to track progress and ensure workmanship quality.Support development and implementation of standardized inspection procedures.Organize and manage inspection records ensuring documentation is complete, accurate, and current.QualificationsBachelor’s degree or diploma in Civil Engineering.Minimum 5 years experience in construction supervision of roads, structural slab, soil subgrade, utilities (wet and dry), traffic management, and infrastructure projects.Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction specifications.Preferably with experience in Abu Dhabi, Dubai, UAE, or GCC consulting firms.Good oral and written communication skills.Logical and clear communication with management and staff.EEO StatementParsons equally employs representation at all job levels regardless of race, color, religion, sex (including pregnancy), national origin, age, disability or genetic information.
