Job Description - Computer Technician II (School-Based) - Southwest Career Technical Academy (250001Z5)Please ensure that you have read the job description for the position.External applicants:Ensure that you have attached the required documents listed in the job description and completed the full three (3) year work history, including periods of unemployment, in the "Experience and Credential" section of the application.Position RequirementsEducation, Training, and ExperienceHigh school graduation or other equivalent (i.e., General Educational Development (GED), foreign equivalency, etc.)Five (5) years of work experience in providing operations/support assistance and troubleshooting desktop computers and related systems; or, Two (2) years of college from an accredited college or university with a major area of study in an Information Technology (IT)-related field such as management information systems (MIS), Computer science (CS), etc.; plus, three (3) years of work experience in providing operations/support assistance and troubleshooting desktop computers and related systems.Licenses and CertificationsA valid driver's license that allows the applicant/employee to operate a motor vehicle in Nevada legally.
