On behalf of Huawei, a global leader in ICT and digital transformation, we are seeking an Administration Specialist to join our Venezuela Office. This role is responsible for supporting daily operational needs, coordinating administrative processes, and ensuring efficient facility management to maintain a productive work environment.
Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Industrial Relations, or related fields.
2–5 years of professional experience in administrative roles.
English proficiency at conversational level (B2 or higher).
Knowledge of project management to ensure that office-related projects—such as establishing new office spaces—are completed on time and within budget.
Key skills: strong communication, professional demeanor, empathy, service orientation, and high tolerance for stress and change.

Responsibilities

Manage and support personnel involved in daily operations, including drivers, cleaning staff, and cooking staff.
Respond promptly to internal customer requests, including office space arrangements, incident reports (e.g., leaks), and office supply needs.
Ensure timely processing and payment of facility management services to avoid delays or service interruptions.
Maintain close communication with facility management suppliers, making necessary adjustments and aligning services monthly based on current operational needs.
Coordinate administrative tasks that contribute to smooth office operations and efficient workplace management.
