Bilingual Medical Doctor

The ideal candidate should thrive in a customer service environment, specifically in the medical field. Medical Doctors and Nurses may apply. As a Pre Op Assistant, you must demonstrate your ability to interact with patients online and over the phone. Additionally, you need to be detail-oriented and possess excellent communication skills, both verbally and via emails.Responsibilities:Provide guidance and act as a liaison between the surgeon and physicians.Assist the Pre Op and Post Op doctors in preparing the patient's medical history 60 days and 30 days before and after surgery.Maintain communication with the patient's primary care physician for a complete physical and psychological evaluation, along with an evaluation of the patient's history and diagnostic tests.Verify and report to the Pre Op and Post Op doctors the medical history of each patient.Answer all incoming calls, return calls to patients, and take notes in the proper system.Forward all calls to the correct department.Perform any other tasks assigned by the manager of the department.Requirements:Native-level English skills required.Completed Medical Doctor's degree or Nursing degree.Availability to work full-time in our office located in Chacao.Ability to start immediately.Schedule: Mon - Fri (10:00 a.m - 6:30 p.m).
