We are seeking an experienced Senior WordPress Website Developer & Architect to drive innovation and deliver exceptional web solutions at Builder Lead Converter.Job SummaryA highly skilled and experienced Senior WordPress Website Developer & Architect is required to join our team. The successful candidate will design, develop, and deploy responsive WordPress websites that meet industry standards and client requirements.The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of WordPress architecture, themes, and plugins, as well as experience with responsive design and mobile optimization. Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP is essential, along with knowledge of SEO best practices and implementation.Able to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously, the successful candidate will be a key member of our team, driving success through their expertise and attention to detail.About the RoleThis senior-level position involves:Designing and developing responsive WordPress websites that meet industry standards and client requirementsCreating concept pages, scope of work documents, and time estimates to ensure project efficiencyDeveloping custom themes and plugins to enhance website functionality and user experienceCollaborating with cross-functional teams to guarantee seamless integration of website componentsOptimizing website performanceImplementing and customizing third-party integrationsPerforming website updates, backups, and security enhancementsConducting thorough testing and debugging to ensure website functionality and compatibility across different browsers and devicesRequirementsTo be considered for this role, you will need:Proven experience as a Senior WordPress Website Designer & Developer with at least 5 years of experienceAble to clearly communicate with clients via video conferencing in EnglishAble to manage junior website developersProficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHPStrong understanding of WordPress architecture, themes, and pluginsExperience with responsive design and mobile optimizationKnowledge of SEO best practices and implementationFamiliarity with version control systems, such as GitExcellent problem-solving and debugging skillsAble to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneouslyStrong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality workWhat We OfferAs a valued member of our team, you can expect:A competitive hourly wage of $65 per hour (paid bi-weekly for a 40-hour workweek)Paid time offFloating holidaysProfit sharingFlexible schedulePerformance-based bonuses
