Job Description
We are seeking a motivated Emirati Graduate Engineer with a Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering to join our team. This entry-level position provides an excellent opportunity to apply academic knowledge to real-world projects while developing professional and technical skills under structured supervision. The Engineer will perform a variety of duties by applying basic engineering techniques, supporting multidisciplinary teams, and gaining exposure to company procedures, standards, and values.
Assignments may include participation in a rotational program with exposure to Engineering, Project Controls, Procurement, and Construction Management. The role will also involve supporting design, analysis, and reporting activities using CAD/CAE tools. A willingness to travel or relocate to supplier, client, or construction site locations is expected.
What You’ll Be Doing
Perform engineering and design assignments requiring application of basic principles and theories learned in university.
Assist with engineering computations, surveys, estimates, and material quantity take-offs.
Prepare or support preparation of specifications, data sheets, drawings, and construction documents.
Contribute to technical bid evaluations and review supplier drawing submittals under guidance of senior engineers.
Provide inputs to CAD designers/drafters and support preparation of digital engineering deliverables.
Participate in site visits, inspections, and data collection as required.
Support project reporting, stakeholder communications, and quality/safety compliance.
What Required Skills You’ll Bring
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering (or related discipline).
Typically 1+ years of relevant work experience. Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
Basic engineering knowledge in civil, mechanical, or related fields.
Familiarity with CAD/CAE and common PC software packages.
Strong problem‑solving, analytical, and communication skills.
Eagerness to learn, adaptable, and collaborative.
