Our team consists of caring colleagues who support each other, encourage collaboration, and refine clinical skills to benefit the participants we serve.Key Benefits:Outstanding reputation in the quality of services we provideOpportunities to learn and grow through research, training, and provider network programsEducation and training opportunities, including free in-house CEUsThe opportunity to present CEU trainings and discussions to colleaguesA supportive and collaborative work environmentManageable productivity requirementsThe benefits of a team environment and a large organizationResponsibilities:Monitors and analyzes the clinical quality of assigned social skills groupsMaintains group capacity and provides caregiver trainingProvides supervision to direct reports and ensures a clear workflow of referrals, screenings, interventions, and transitionsMonitors the productivity of direct reports and maintains productivity standardsCreats regional inquiry lists of potential social skills participantsInitiates trial exposures for participants to maintain group capacityManages attendance compliance and oversees the trial exposure processMonitors the accurate billing of direct reportsCreates initial treatment plans, generates progress reports, and term reportsLeads caregiver training activities and connects families with community resourcesLeads a team of Social Skills associates and analyzes data to guide treatment decisionsConducts assessments, facilitates social skills groups, and provides supervision to meet monthly productivity requirementsMaintains materials for Social Skills Group and manages administrative work tasksQualifications:A Master's degree from an accredited college or university with a concentration in early childhood education/development, early childhood special education, special education, psychology, or a related fieldA Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in good standing or Marriage Family Therapist (MFT) or licensed psychologistThree years of related professional experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD) in a multi-disciplinary team setting1-2 years of management experience with strong clinical, administrative, and leadership skillsDemonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office ApplicationsExpert knowledge of scientifically-validated methodologies and behavioral analytic approachesAble to interpret and implement policies, procedures, and regulationsAbility to maintain customer service orientation and professionalism in all interactionsAbility to communicate effectively, both orally and in writingAbility to exercise discretion and maintain confidentiality in sensitive situations
