The successful applicant will be working under the delegation and supervision of the Registered Nurse. The Enrolled Nurse promotes the health and wellbeing of families and children in specific community groups using a range of health, promotion, education and support strategies. The ideal candidate will also provide effective and efficient preventative as well as early intervention programs to individuals, families and groups using the Scope of Nursing Practice Decision Making Framework.You will have the opportunity to embody the CAHS Values and make a real difference by providing safe quality care through expertise and teamwork.About Child & Adolescent Community Health (CACH):Community Health provides health and developmental assessments, early intervention and health promotion services for children and young people. These services are provided in the community across the Perth metropolitan area at community health centres, in schools, home visits and through telehealth appointments.
