As a Backend Developer You WillWrite effective, scalable codeDevelop back-end components to improve responsiveness and overall performanceWrite unit tests and perform code reviews to ensure high-quality codeOptimize application performance and scalabilityWrite clean, efficient and well-documented codeImplement security and data protection solutionsCoordinate with internal teams to understand user requirements and provide technical solutionsParticipate in agile development processes, including sprint planning and daily stand-upsStay up to date with new technologies and trends in AI, especially large language models, to drive innovation within our projects.Must-havesA Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science or any other related fieldMinimum of 5 years progressive experience in a similar roleExperience in Java 17, Spring BootSolid knowledge in Hibernate and Hibernate queries and SQLSQL databases (ArangoDB is a plus)Solid knowledge in Bootstrap CSS framework 4 and aboveBasic knowledge of Templating Engines like JSP, Thymeleaf, or FreemarkerProfound knowledge in REST, JSON, XML, CSSExperience with code review tools (SonarQube, GitLab, CodeRush, or similar)Knowledge in Grafana, Prometheus, ELK is a plusExcellent problem-solving skillsStrong unit testing and debugging skillsProficient understanding of code versioning toolsExperience with Large Language Models (LLMs)
