We are seeking a highly experienced Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal with a strong plaintiff-side background to join our client's firm. The ideal candidate will be comfortable managing a high-volume caseload of 100+ active files and will possess deep knowledge of the litigation process.Key Responsibilities:Independently manage a caseload of 100+ personal injury casesDraft and file pleadings, motions, discovery requests/responses, and other litigation documentsCoordinate case schedules, court dates, depositions, and expert appointmentsMaintain frequent communication with clients, medical providers, and opposing counselOrganize and summarize medical records, bills, and other case-related documentationPrepare trial binders and support attorneys through trial preparationEnsure timely filings and compliance with court deadlinesQualifications:Minimum of 5 years of plaintiff-side personal injury litigation experienceTech-savvyProven ability to manage a high caseloadStrong understanding of court rules, procedures, and filing requirementsExcellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skillsProficiency in case management softwarePreferred Qualifications:Bilingual is a plusCompensation: Competitive salary commensurate with experience + benefitsSeniority LevelNot ApplicableEmployment TypeFull-timeJob FunctionAdministrativeIndustriesLegal Services and Law Practice
