Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more.Base pay range$80,000.00/yr - $90,000.00/yrTitle: System AdminLocation: Remote - within one hour drive of Reno, Austin, Grand Rapids, Las Vegas, or AtlantaShift: Primary working hours are 8am - 5pm PST but team is very flexibleMUST HAVES:8+ years of experience in the IT field with previous administration experienceStrong expertise in Windows and Linux Server administrationExperience with VMware, SAN, and Active DirectoryHands-on experience with Azure AD and traditional Active Directory administrationProficiency with Office365, Teams, SharePoint Online, and IntuneKnowledge of scripting or automation (e.g., Ansible, PowerShell, Python)Experience with MySQL and relational databasesFamiliarity with IT security practices and compliance toolsStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving skillsExperience with web servers, DNS, logging, email systems, and backup/disaster recovery toolsUnderstanding of IT Service Management (ITIL fundamentals) and ticketing systemsAbility to document IT processes and create knowledge base articlesExperience managing user authentication systems and device management suitesWillingness to participate in an on-call rotationPLUSSES:Additional certifications such as Security +, CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft MCSA/MCSE, MD-101, PL-900, SC-900, AZ-500, AZ-900, ISO and ITIL certificationsExperience with configuration management and package management toolsFamiliarity with IT monitoring systemsExperience with source control systemsBackground in mentoring and training junior staffDAY TO DAY:Insight Global is seeking three experienced Systems Administrators to join one of our largest data center clients in the United States.
