This position will support our Retail division. It is eligible to work a hybrid schedule, generally requiring work in-office and/or show-site 2-3 days per week. The ideal candidate will be based out of one of the following locations:Philadelphia, PALas Vegas, NVFort Wayne, INResponsibilities include:Overseeing contractors to ensure adherence to quality and timelines, conducting training, and offering hands-on guidance to installation crews.Acting as a liaison between the Client Store Planning Group, Construction Managers, and General Contractors, addressing and resolving design, engineering, and construction-related issues with regular on-site visits to maintain communication and oversight.Working with manufacturing and operational teams to troubleshoot technical challenges and provide solutions that align with project and operational goals.Planning and overseeing project timelines to meet client expectations, coordinating schedules for warranty services and punch list resolutions.Managing all contractor documentation, including issuing Purchase Orders, invoice approvals, and developing quotes/scopes of work.Responding to and fulfilling client installation requests effectively while adapting to changing requirements.Education & ExperienceBachelor's degree or equivalent experience.Two to five years of experience as an installation manager, scheduler, or in similar positions in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.Familiarity with the construction industry, technical terms, processes, and documentation (e.g., blueprints, technical specs, and project scopes).Ability to handle client-related issues with a sense of urgency, ensuring prompt responses to email and telephone inquiries.Strong verbal and written communication skills, as much of the correspondence will occur through email.
