Our team-oriented approach allows for extensive clinical upskilling and leadership development opportunities for nurses of all levels.About The RoleWe are seeking an experienced, passionate and friendly person to join our Multisystemic Therapy (MST) Programme.Reporting to the MST Team Clinical Manager, you will provide a community-based MST assessment of clients including implementing problem conceptualisation, treatment, planning, intervention, outcome and strategy review for clients.Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain a caseload of clients providing a comprehensive and flexible community-based clinical service in accordance with the principles and processes of the MST Programme.Provide services to other staff of the MST Programme in regard to Aboriginal clients.Provide services to clients including out of hours in accordance with approved policies.Conduct community-based MST assessment of clients.Pursuant of Section 50(d) of the Equal Opportunity Act 1984, the occupant of this position must be of Aboriginal descent.How To ApplyWe welcome your application via the 'Apply for Job' button at the bottom of this page.
