We believe you’ll do the best work of your life here—and you’ll pioneer the future of education, too.What you’ll do:You will partner closely with hiring managers across the organization to identify, source and hire top talent across the company.You will partner primarily with our engineering organization.You will design and own hiring strategies to engage with high caliber talent, both active and passive.You will use data to evaluate the effectiveness of our searches and advise the business accordingly.You will ensure a high-touch candidate experience from beginning to end.You will ensure a high level of data integrity and regularly partner with HMs to share data insights on how we can improve.You’ll proactively drive recruiting process improvements that help us operate most efficiently and with candidates’ best interests in mind.You will be a match if:You have at least 5 years of full cycle technical recruiting experience in a consumer tech environment.You believe in talent density – that each and every hire you bring in makes a company stronger.You treat every candidate with a white-glove experience.You can source passive top talent no matter how difficult the market.You love recruiting candidates in terms of quality over quantity.You might be a good match if:You have experience working in a high-growth environment.You have excellent written and verbal communication skills.ClassDojo is an equal employment opportunity (EEO) employer. Salary ranges (United States):CA, WA, NY, NJ, CT states: $175,000 - $205,000 (USD)All other states in the US: $139,000 - $183,000 (USD)
