Through expert management and robust infrastructure, unybrands empowers e‑commerce brands to scale and thrive.Role OverviewWe are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail‑oriented Influencer Marketing Coordinator to support the execution of multiple influencer campaigns across brands and platforms. This role plays a critical part in day‑to‑day influencer operations, supporting Dana, our Influencer Manager, across the full influencer lifecycle—from creator sourcing and outreach to contract coordination, content tracking, and performance reporting.Key ResponsibilitiesCampaign Execution & SupportSupport the execution of multiple influencer campaigns simultaneously, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and communications stay on track.Assist the Influencer Manager with day‑to‑day campaign operations across the full funnel.Maintain clear and consistent communication with creators throughout campaign lifecycles.Creator Sourcing & Relationship ManagementSource creators aligned with brand, platform, and campaign goals.Assist with influencer outreach, follow‑ups, and relationship management.Support negotiations by tracking agreed‑upon deliverables, usage rights, timelines, and compensation.Contracts & DocumentationPrepare and manage influencer agreements, including filling out contracts and updating terms based on creator‑specific deal structures.Ensure contracts, briefs, and creator details are accurately documented and stored.Track creator deliverables and published content across platforms, with a strong emphasis on TikTok and TikTok Shop.Monitor posting timelines, content approvals (when required), and live content status.Maintain up‑to‑date internal trackers for creators, content, contracts, and campaign status.Performance Tracking & ReportingMonitor influencer content performance, particularly within TikTok Shop.Track key metrics such as views, engagement, GMV, conversions, and creator‑level performance.Support reporting by compiling insights and performance summaries for internal stakeholders.QualificationsStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns, creators, and priorities simultaneously.Highly self‑motivated and comfortable working independently while supporting a manager.Experience or familiarity with influencer marketing platforms such as Sprout Social, Upfluence, Euka, and Fast Moss.Working knowledge of TikTok, TikTok Shop, and influencer‑driven social commerce.Strong attention to detail with excellent written and verbal communication skills.Comfortable working cross‑functionally with marketing, creative, and operations teams.Prior experience in influencer marketing, social media, or digital marketing is strongly preferred.unybrands is an equal opportunity employer and considers all applicants for employment without any regard to race, skin color, religion, gender identity, sexual orientation, and age.
