Job Description
Parsons is seeking a highly skilled Contracts Director to join our team. The successful candidate will work with a prestigious client organisation in the United Arab Emirates to support the delivery of a major rail infrastructure programme.
This senior level role requires expertise in contract administration, commercial risk management and stakeholder engagement with a complex infrastructure project.
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 20 years of work experience with 10 years of experience within large-scale rail or metro projects.
What You'll Be Doing

Administer and manage contracts throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations.
Support the resolution of contractual issues, variations, and claims in coordination with client and contractor teams.
Prepare and review contractual documentation, correspondence, and reports.
Advise on contract strategy, risk mitigation, and procurement processes.
Liaise with legal, commercial, and technical teams to ensure alignment with project objectives.

What Required Skills You'll Bring

Minimum 20 years work experience with 10+ years of contract administration experience within rail projects.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related field is essential.
Proven track record in contract administration on major infrastructure projects.
Familiarity with FIDIC and other standard forms of contract.
Qualified and chartered by a recognized international body such as Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) is an advantage.
Must be fluent in English both written and spoken with an excellent capability in written technical skills as well as oral and written communication skills.
