While this is optional, candidates who provide a video presentation will be given priority.ResponsibilitiesSource and engage tech sales talent via LinkedIn and other platforms.Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for ongoing client needs.Collaborate with the operations team to align sourcing efforts with client requirements.Track sourcing metrics and report progress regularly.QualificationsExperience in high-volume sourcing for tech sales or SDR rolesExperience working for US-early-stage startupsSourcing or outreach skills through boolean search or other methods besides LinkedIn RecruiterFamiliarity using IAStrong written and verbal communication skills in English.Ability to work independently and meet aggressive outreach targets.Comfortable working in or close to Eastern Standard TimeStaffing agency experience is a plusTime zone & Working hoursMonday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm EST.CompensationCompensation range: 1,300 - 1,700 USD/month.Perks10 days of PTO per yearHow to applyIf this opportunity sounds good to you, send us your resume
