Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Key Account Manager to join our team. Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients through regular communication and strategic planning.
- Identify and pursue opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and expanding the scope of services or products offered to key accounts.
- Provide timely and accurate reporting on key account performance, sales forecasts, and market insights to management and internal stakeholders.
- Maintain detailed records of interactions, transactions, and communications with key accounts in CRM systems or databases.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline.
- 5+ years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency with ERP Next or similar applications.
- Experience with a ticketing system.
- Experience in e-commerce.
- Understanding of Large Language Models (LLM).
- Experience in Global Trade.
- Knowledge of the German language.
