Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Key Account Manager to join our team. As a Key Account Manager at PST, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with key clients, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, and providing timely and accurate reporting on key account performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients through regular communication and strategic planning.
  • Identify and pursue opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and expanding the scope of services or products offered to key accounts.
  • Provide timely and accurate reporting on key account performance, sales forecasts, and market insights to management and internal stakeholders.
  • Maintain detailed records of interactions, transactions, and communications with key accounts in CRM systems or databases.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline.
  • 5+ years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Essential Skills
  • Proficiency with ERP Next or similar applications.
  • Experience with a ticketing system.
  • Experience in e-commerce.
  • Understanding of Large Language Models (LLM).
Nice to Have
  • Experience in Global Trade.
  • Knowledge of the German language.
