About the Role

We're seeking a recruiting generalist to join our team in San Francisco. As a key member of our recruitment team, you'll be responsible for partnering with leadership to define recruitment needs, developing effective sourcing strategies, and diving into full-cycle recruiting to ensure an excellent candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Partner with leadership to define recruitment needs and develop effective sourcing strategies.
  2. Develop and implement full-cycle recruiting plans to attract top talent.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build and revamp existing programs and initiatives.
  4. Continuously improve recruitment processes and workflows to drive efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1+ years of recruiting experience in a startup or high-growth environment
  • Proven creative problem-solving abilities and experience managing offers and closing candidates
  • Prior experience in a similar role or relevant field
  • Strong passion for candidate experience and ability to think creatively
