Mission Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to lead our operations in Venezuela as Head of Mission.

• Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement comprehensive program strategies that align with Cesvi's mission and goals, ensuring effective project delivery and positive outcomes for vulnerable individuals.
• Team Management: Lead and manage a team of staff members, providing guidance, support, and resources to ensure they have the necessary skills and expertise to succeed in their roles.
• Safeguarding: Maintain the highest standards of safeguarding, protecting individuals from harm and exploitation by implementing robust measures to prevent and respond to incidents.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in senior management roles within complex country programs, with a proven track record of success in emergency response and fragile state contexts.

They will possess excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, enabling them to adapt to challenging environments and build strong relationships with stakeholders.

As Head of Mission in Venezuela, you will be responsible for overseeing the implementation of projects in emergency response, child protection, and prevention of Sexual and Gender-Based Violence (SGBV), ensuring these initiatives are delivered to the highest standard.
