User Experience Designer Job Summary
Messangi is a leading provider of enterprise software solutions, and we are seeking an experienced User Experience (UX) Designer to join our Product team. As a UX Designer, you will be responsible for designing intuitive and visually appealing interfaces that meet the needs of our clients and their end-users. This is an exciting opportunity to work on challenging projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to the evolution of our company's design systems.

Key Responsibilities:
• Design user experiences that align with business objectives and meet user needs
• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of user behavior and preferences
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Developers, and stakeholders to define and execute product vision
• Contribute to the development of Messangi's visual and interaction design systems
• Communicate design solutions clearly to stakeholders and cross-functional teams

Requirements:
• 2+ years of professional experience designing user experiences for web applications in B2B or enterprise environments
• Demonstrable experience using Figma and other modern design tools
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices
• Ability to manage multiple design projects in a dynamic environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• A robust portfolio demonstrating UX/UI projects, showcasing user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes
• Fluency in English and Spanish
