**Job Description**

We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Administrator to join our Revenue Operations team at Happy Agencies. As a full-time, fully remote role, this position plays a vital part in maintaining operational continuity.

Our primary CRM, Salesforce, is at the core of our business operations, integrated with Outreach for lead and opportunity management and HubSpot for marketing activities.

  • Salesforce Administration: Utilize your extensive Salesforce experience to administer, configure, and customize the platform, ensuring optimal performance and alignment with our business objectives.
  • Technology Integration: Assess and integrate new technologies and tools to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our revenue operations, streamlining processes and enhancing system integrations.
  • Data Management: Maintain high standards of data integrity within Salesforce. Implement best practices for data hygiene, deduplication, and conduct regular audits.
  • Reporting and Analytics: Develop and manage comprehensive reports and dashboards, providing insightful analysis into key performance metrics to support informed decision-making by leadership.
