Job OverviewPST is seeking a skilled TICKET RESOLUTION EXPERT to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service, with experience in resolving complex issues and providing exceptional support.
About the Role:
- Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Providing comprehensive support to customers via various communication channels.
- Initiating, tracking, and reviewing tickets to ensure efficient resolution.
- Scheduling appointments and maintaining accurate documentation.
- Utilizing an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system to create business documents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement processes to improve customer satisfaction and issue resolution.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues.
- Maintain accurate records and reports to track customer interactions and issue resolutions.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in customer service and support.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must be available to work Central European Time (CET).
