PST is seeking a skilled TICKET RESOLUTION EXPERT to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service, with experience in resolving complex issues and providing exceptional support.

About the Role:

  • Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Providing comprehensive support to customers via various communication channels.
  • Initiating, tracking, and reviewing tickets to ensure efficient resolution.
  • Scheduling appointments and maintaining accurate documentation.
  • Utilizing an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system to create business documents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement processes to improve customer satisfaction and issue resolution.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports to track customer interactions and issue resolutions.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in customer service and support.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Must be available to work Central European Time (CET).
