Your Key Accountabilities:
  • Promote advanced needle technology to healthcare professionals.
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders in the healthcare system.
  • Manage extensive territories after completing thorough training.
  • Cultivate reliable customer connections within and outside RTI.
  • Utilize the latest sales AI system in conjunction with Salesforce.

You may be required to work occasional weekends and holidays for significant events such as tradeshows.

Your Essential Skills:
  • A positive outlook on selling products that can have a positive impact on people's lives.
  • A bachelor's degree and 1-3 years of experience in a related field.
  • Familiarity with standard devices such as laptops and smartphones.
  • A passion for traveling frequently and widely across large territories.
  • A desire to contribute significantly to the transformation of healthcare systems from manual to automated devices.
