Job DescriptionWe are seeking a seasoned Key Account Manager to join our high-performing team. In this role, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining strong relationships with key clients, identifying new business opportunities, and providing actionable insights on account performance.
Main Responsibilities- Establish and nurture strong relationships with key clients through regular communication and strategic planning.
- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, including upselling, cross-selling, and expanding service offerings.
- Deliver timely and accurate reports on account performance, sales projections, and market trends to senior management and internal stakeholders.
- Maintain detailed records of interactions, transactions, and communications with key clients using CRM systems or databases.

- 5+ years of experience in a similar role.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Outstanding analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in ERP Next or similar applications.
- Experience with ticketing systems.
- Background in e-commerce.
- Understanding of Large Language Models (LLM).
- Experience in global trade.
- Knowledge of the German language.
