Paralegal Specialist

• Assist attorneys in preparing legal documents and case management.
• Conduct legal research and gather relevant information for the case.
• Communicate with clients, providing updates and gathering necessary information.
• Prepare and file legal documents with courts and government agencies.
• Organize and maintain documents in an electronic or paper filing system.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

• Experience in personal injury law in California.
• Knowledge of litigation processes, including completing filing documents, servicing documents, and proof of service documents.
• Fluency in Spanish is required, along with strong English language skills (mandatory minimum of C1 English level).
• Knowledge of Casepeer is a plus.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong computer literacy.
• A self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow within the firm.
