- Contribute to hiring, training, supervising, and mentoring store staff to achieve high performance and development.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to boost customer satisfaction and increase sales, rentals, & lesson engagements.
Requirements
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Familiarity with retail management software and basic knowledge of musical instruments and supplies.
- Flexibility to work various hours, including weekends and holidays.
