Production Manager

At VPET USA, LLC, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Production Lead I to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the production process and ensuring that production targets are met.

The Production Lead I will be responsible for managing a team of production workers and ensuring that they are working efficiently and effectively. This includes identifying areas for improvement in the production process and implementing changes as necessary.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in production management, with experience in managing a team of production workers. They will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the production process and ensure that production targets are met
• Manage a team of production workers and ensure that they are working efficiently and effectively
• Ensure that all safety protocols are followed
• Ensure that all equipment is maintained and in good working order
• Identify areas for improvement in the production process and implement changes as necessary
• Ensure that all production records are accurate and up-to-date
• Train new production workers and provide ongoing training to existing workers
• Communicate with other departments to ensure that production targets are aligned with overall company goals

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 2 years of experience in a production environment
• Experience managing a team of production workers
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
