Global Tax Specialist

Overview
Tbwa Chiat/Day Inc is seeking a skilled Global Tax Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our international tax department, you will be responsible for analyzing DTAs and/or local tax laws and financial information to assess the tax implications of corporate restructurings and cross-border transactions on our tax position.

Key Responsibilities
Stay up-to-date with global tax regulations and ensure our compliance with relevant laws and requirements. Monitor changes in tax legislation and assess their impact on our tax position. Provide expert advice on international taxation and permanent establishment, including digital services tax. Develop and implement strategies to optimize our tax position and minimize risk. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve financial performance.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Law, Accounting or a related field. LL.M. in international taxation or other postgraduate studies in taxation is a plus. Strong background in tax analysis and international taxation. Experience with PE and DTS is highly desirable.
