Shipboard Nurse Specialist

This is a unique opportunity to work as a nurse on a cruise ship, providing medical services to guests while promoting spa services to meet revenue targets.

We are seeking a skilled and experienced nurse to join our team as a Shipboard Nurse. As a nurse on our cruise ship, you will be responsible for administering intravenous therapies and nutrient injections to guests, as well as promoting our spa services to meet revenue targets.

• Administer intravenous therapies and nutrient injections to guests
• Promote spa services to meet revenue targets
• Work closely with the Medi-Spa Sales Consultant
• Provide consistent professional nurse-spa services and treatments in accordance with OneSpaWorld's medi-spa protocols
• Conduct patient follow-up as required
• Be flexible with scheduling, supporting the needs of the spa and guest
• Properly care for equipment and use proper amounts of product/supplies to assist with cost control
• Cross-promote other spa services
• Uphold the standards of sanitation and sterilization as directed by ship and company policy and procedure
• Manage medical product and supply inventory
• Communicate to management any and all occurrences involving staff or guests in the spa that require attention
• Handle guests' questions and concerns professionally and courteously
• Provide accurate, appropriate and immediate responses to all requests by guests

• Completed nurse education and hold a nurse degree from a recognized college or university
• Hold a current valid nurse license
• Comfortable with giving presentations/speaking in front of large groups
• Fluency in English
• Strong interpersonal skills
