Clinical Supervisor

We are seeking a Full-time Licensed Clinical Supervisor to join our dynamic team. As a Clinical Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising a team of associates and providing individual and group therapy to clients. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment, while also having the flexibility to work in a hybrid private-practice-like setting.

• Supervise a team of associates and provide guidance and support to ensure high-quality care
• Provide individual and group therapy to clients, including EMDR, DBT, and trauma-informed treatments
• Develop and implement treatment plans that meet the unique needs of each client
• Collaborate with other professionals, including medical providers and therapists, to ensure comprehensive care
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date on best practices and evidence-based treatments

• Master's or Doctorate Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Social Work, or Psychology
• Active licensure in California as a LCSW, or psychologist for 2+ years
• Community mental health and clinical program administrative experience required
• Experience in a private practice setting a plus
• Experience in insurance credentialing required
