About Us: HammondCare is a dynamic organization that provides visionary care services to older adults.

We are forming an exciting new Allied Health Care Team to work in Residential Care. As a Dietitian, you will have the autonomy to work with residents to achieve the best care outcomes, while being part of a broader team of in-house Allied Health professionals working alongside frontline teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide effective dietetics services to residents and offer support and advice to their representatives and HammondCare staff.
• Assess residents' nutritional needs, set nutrition goals, and provide guidance on appropriate interventions.
• Collaborate closely with family members, staff members, and clinical teams.

Your Qualifications and Skills:

• A commitment to align with HammondCare's values and mission.
• A tertiary qualification as a dietitian accepted by the Dietitian's Association of Australia.
• Maintenance of Accredited Practising Dietitian (APD) or provisional APD status.
• Experience or knowledge in Aged Care.
• A valid driver's license and willingness to travel between HammondCare sites and services.
