Job Summary

The ideal candidate is a visionary leader who oversees the entire product lifecycle, from development to evaluation. This role requires collaboration across functions to drive strategic product decisions and discover new opportunities for growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop business models and conduct thorough competitive analysis to inform product strategy
  • Design and implement data-driven analytics to measure product performance and identify areas for improvement
  • Mentor team members to help them achieve individual and team objectives, while promoting a culture of innovation and collaboration
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to complete product roadmaps and identify new opportunities for growth and expansion
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Product Management, or Engineering
  • 5+ years of experience in Product Management, Engineering, or Consulting, with a proven track record of success
  • Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Mid-senior level of seniority, with experience leading high-performing teams and driving business results
