About the Role

As an Automotive Service Manager at American Tire Depot, you will be responsible for meeting or exceeding performance targets by understanding and following company strategies. You will need to confidently recommend, sell, advise, and provide exceptional customer service to our guests. Additionally, you will serve as the liaison between our guests and our service team, ensuring seamless communication and excellent service delivery.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills to communicate effectively with our guests and team members
  • 1 year of automotive tire retail and service repair sales experience, 1 year of experience in a management capacity
  • 1 year of experience in the automotive industry or related field
  • Experience working face-to-face with guests in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to demonstrate confidence in communicating, advising, recommending, and making sales
  • Being detail-oriented and having a willingness to learn and grow with the company
  • A clean driving record and a valid driver's license
  • Physical ability to lift 70 lbs and endure continuous crouching, turning, and bending
