Business Development Manager

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive our growth in international markets, leveraging a hybrid skillset of business development, pre-sales, technical excellence, and delivery.
About the RoleThis is a full-time position based in Malta, Europe. Our client offers a competitive relocation package, including VISA support, to ensure a smooth transition for you and your family.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a demand generation strategy for key industry markets, driving pipeline and sales to agreed KPIs.
- Position and market Microsoft Business Solutions offerings across various industries, creating unique messaging and positioning.
- Identify and develop opportunities for diversification across sub-industries, emerging technologies, and services propositions to build pipeline.
- Cultivate senior stakeholder relationships within key strategic accounts, managing key relationships within our client's network, and leading key bids and proposals for large-scale transformation programmes.
- Highly experienced in Microsoft solution sales with a working knowledge of Microsoft technology, particularly Dynamics 365, Office 365, and Azure.
- Strong cross-industry experience in Public Sector, Financial Services, and Consumer Markets.
- Demonstrable track record of developing long-term profitable relationships with mid- and large-sized organisations.
- Experience in developing front- and back-office transformation propositions using Microsoft technology.
- Possesses an extensive Microsoft network at sales level, able to create a culture of knowledge sharing and innovation.
