Lead Aesthetics Provider

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant to serve as our Lead Aesthetics Provider and Clinical Team Manager. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the clinical operations of our medical day spa and ensuring the delivery of exceptional patient care.

• Provide clinical services to clients, including administering treatments and procedures
• Supervise and mentor a team of Nurse Practitioners, Physician Assistants, Registered Nurses, and Medical Assistants
• Develop and implement clinical protocols and procedures to ensure safe and effective treatment
• Conduct quality assurance checks and periodic chart reviews to ensure compliance with regulatory standards
• Schedule and coordinate clinical staff to ensure efficient and effective use of resources
• Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement business strategies and goals

• Current California NP or PA license
• At least 3 years of experience in medical aesthetics
• Previous supervisory or mentoring experience preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Competitive salary range of $175,000 to $195,000, dependent on experience
