Job Description:

We are seeking a talented Architectural Designer to join our team at Sdhstudio in Caracas, Venezuela. The successful candidate will be responsible for the success of multiple projects from schematic design through construction administration.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Drawing production and conceptual design
  • Rendering, modeling, and preparing client presentations
  • Preparing design and construction documentation

Requirements:

To be considered for this role, you must have a keen eye for detail and be proficient in Revit, SketchUp, and the Adobe Creative Suite. You should also have experience creating and understanding project documentation and working knowledge of building codes, standards, and construction processes. Additionally, you must be a capable problem-solver, highly organized, and proficient at multi-tasking with strong written and verbal communication skills.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Architecture
  • 2-5 years' professional experience in high-end, conceptually driven residential architectural design
  • Fluent in English and Spanish
