Cruise Ship Wellness Ambassador Job Description

**Overview**
OneSpaWorld LLC is seeking a motivated and charismatic individual to join our team as a Cruise Ship Wellness Ambassador. In this role, you will have the opportunity to promote health and wellness to guests on board our luxury cruise ships.

**Estimated Salary:** $70,000 - $100,000 per year (dependent on experience)

**Job Description**
As a Cruise Ship Wellness Ambassador, you will be responsible for promoting our spa services and treatments to guests on board. This includes conducting presentations, providing personalized consultations, and ensuring that all guests receive exceptional service.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**
* A current valid Nurse license
* Comfortable with giving presentations/speaking in front of large groups
* Fluency in English
* Strong interpersonal skills
* Ability to work without direct supervision
* Excellent customer service skills
* Team player

**Duties and Responsibilities**
* Provide consistent professional service and treatments in accordance with OneSpaWorld's protocols
* Conduct patient follow-up as required
* Be flexible with scheduling, supporting the needs of the spa and guest
* Uphold the standards of sanitation and sterilization as directed by ship and company policy and procedure
* Communicate to management any and all occurrences involving staff or guests in the spa that require attention
* Handle guests' questions and concerns professionally and courteously
