Responsibilities:

As a member of our Regulatory and Licensing team, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and executing regulatory strategies to ensure compliance with LATAM regulations.
  • Engaging with regulatory agencies, industry bodies, and policymakers to shape the regulatory landscape for crypto-asset service providers.
  • Providing analysis on local regulatory proposals and advising the business on potential regulatory risks and opportunities.

Our ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years' experience in regulatory affairs within the financial services or crypto-asset industry.
