We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Retail Key Holder to join our Retail Operations team in Valencia, CA. As a Retail Key Holder, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our store, providing excellent customer service, and supporting our team members.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and engaging with customers, offering product recommendations, and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Assist with opening and closing the store, including counting cash, preparing deposits, and operating scanners and cash registers.
  • Support the store team during periods of high volume, providing assistance with inventory management, restocking merchandise, and conducting inventory counts.
  • Process cash transactions accurately and efficiently, including handling refunds and exchanges.
  • Monitor the sales floor to prevent theft and minimize loss, ensuring all prices and quantities are accurate.
  • Train new employees on store procedures, product knowledge, and customer service standards.
Requirements:
  • 1+ years of leadership experience in retail, grocery, military, or restaurant environments.
  • Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Basic math skills and proficiency in cash handling.
  • Team-oriented mentality and ability to lift up to 49 pounds.

Gopuff offers a competitive salary range of $17.65 in Valencia, CA, based on market pricing and location. Compensation may vary depending on job-related skills, experience, and qualifications.
