At Diverse Lynx, we are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager to join our finance team as an SAP Revenue Accounting and Reporting Lead. As a subject matter expert in ASC606 policies, products, and revenue systems, you will be responsible for enhancing existing processes and reviewing/advising on compliant ways to implement new go-to-market initiatives.

About the Role

This is an independent contributor role that requires excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. You will work closely with internal revenue teams and business partners to identify gaps in existing processes and recommend solutions. Your technical accounting expertise will be essential in preparing or reviewing revenue recognition assessments related to key SOX controls over company SSP methodologies.

You will lead revenue analysis and preparation of metrics to enhance SSP insights, identify trends, and surface trends to leadership and business partners. In addition, you will participate in cross-functional work streams to ensure risks related to the SSP program are mitigated.

  • Lead process design and system implementation related to new product offerings or M&A to ensure scalable revenue processes.
  • Implement and enhance automation to drive efficiency for the SSP program.
  • Draft memos and presentations to gain alignment with and influence the team.
Qualifications

We are looking for candidates with a degree in accounting or a relevant field, and an MBA or Master's degree is a plus. If you have excellent communication skills and can effectively present complex information to stakeholders, we encourage you to apply.
