Job Title: Assistant Store Manager

At Chico's, we're looking for a talented Assistant Store Manager to join our team. As a key member of our store leadership team, you'll play a critical role in driving sales, improving customer satisfaction, and fostering a positive store environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Performance Culture: Analyze sales reports and KPIs to identify business needs and develop strategies to drive sales growth.
  • Customer Experience: Model and teach our Most Amazing Personal Service (MAPS) principles to ensure a cohesive omni-channel experience for our customers.
  • Talent Development: Recruit, hire, and develop a high-performing team, providing coaching and training to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
  • Store Operations: Oversee daily store operations, including scheduling, inventory management, and visual merchandising.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2+ years of retail management experience
  • Excellent communication, verbal, and written skills
  • Able to learn or adapt to technology provided by the company
  • Proven excellent customer service skills with statistical track record in all areas of sales and leadership

Physical Requirements:

  • Constant walking/standing (67-100% of 8-hour shift)
  • Occasional lifting up to 50 lbs. (1-33% of 8-hour shift)
  • Frequent climbing (34%-66% of 8-hour shift)
