Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Physiotherapist to join our team as a Senior Physiotherapist in our Rehabilitation in the Home (RITH) service. This role will involve working in a community-based setting, providing physiotherapy interventions to patients in their homes.
Key Responsibilities: The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and implementing physiotherapy interventions to patients using advanced clinical practice skills. They will work closely with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized treatment plans that cater to the unique needs of each patient.
Requirements: To be eligible for this role, applicants must have a degree in physiotherapy and be registered with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA). They must also have experience working in a community-based setting and be proficient in using evidence-based practices to inform their treatment decisions.
