AI Innovation Strategist

The ideal candidate will bring:

• Proven experience (2+ years) in artificial intelligence, machine learning, or data science, with at least 3 years of experience in leadership roles managing AI teams or strategic projects
• Strong knowledge of how Developer AI Tools work and integrate in the Development Lifecycle
• Exposure to Large Language Models (LLMs) and prompt engineering; comfortable experimenting with generative AI techniques to develop new capabilities and features
• Hands-on experience with tools like TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, Hugging Face Transformers, or similar libraries
• Experience working with cloud-based AI platforms (e.g., AWS SageMaker, Google Vertex AI, Azure ML) and MLOps best practices for continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) of models
• Comfortable using automation tools such as Make, Zapier, Power Automate, etc., to create advanced workflows

In return, you will be accountable for:

• Evangelizing AI best practices across the organization and externally through workshops, guides, blogs, and speaking engagements
• Collaborating with leadership to identify, prioritize, and execute AI initiatives that align with organizational objectives
• Researching emerging AI trends and technologies to recommend solutions that provide a competitive advantage
• Mentoring and guiding cross-functional teams in adopting AI methodologies and fostering a culture of innovation
• Partnering with stakeholders to develop messaging, pricing strategies, and market positioning for AI-driven initiatives

The estimated annual salary for this position is $120,000-$180,000, depending on your location and experience level.
