We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our Gopuff team as a Part Time Key Holder.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers, while maintaining in-depth knowledge of Gopuff products and services.
  • Ensure seamless store operations by arriving early to open the store and leaving late to close the store.
  • Support inventory management tasks such as restocking merchandise, conducting inventory counts, and identifying discrepancies.
  • Process cash transactions accurately and efficiently, including operating scanners and cash registers.
  • Maintain high standards of security and loss prevention, adhering to proper age verification policies.
  • Train new employees on store procedures, product knowledge, and customer service standards.
Requirements:
  • 1+ years leadership experience in retail or equivalent experience.
  • Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Basic math skills and proficiency in cash handling.
  • Team-oriented mentality and ability to lift up to 49 pounds.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
